Sexual Harassment and Violence

Support continues for all students during the COVID-19 Crisis

Queen Margaret University is committed to promoting a safe and supportive environment for each and every member of our community. We recognise that sexual harassment, abuse and violence is a problem in society and we are dedicated to preventing and tackling it on behalf of our students and want to support those who are experiencing ongoing abuse as well as survivors of abuse.

If you are experiencing domestic abuse, intimate partner violence, violence, sexual violence, assault or rape, please know there is support available.

If you feel you are at immediate risk of someone harming you or someone else being harmed, please contact Police Scotland

In an emergency, always call 999.

There is a 'silent' call system in place with emergency services: if you stay silent or tap your phone you will be passed through to a prompt, if you key 55 this will register the call as a genuine emergency.
